 Accounts Administrator (Temporary)  Post Date: Mar 25, 2015
   
Responsibilities
¡ To provide business and administrative supports to the team and maintain high quality service level  
¡ To share issuance of quotations, sales orders, purchasing orders & cost sheets  
¡ To prepare and follow up with engineers on-site risk assessment checklists  
¡ To prepare various analysis and data reports on timely basis
¡ To maintain records and populate reports for subcontractors and water treatment vendors work orders  
¡ To prepare cost assist in providing daily administrative supports  
¡ To assist on booking and modification of work orders  
¡ To follow up outstanding issues with customer checklist and assist on AR records updated  
¡ To assist in providing daily administrative supports  
¡ To perform ad- hoc duties as required  
   
Job Requirements
¡ Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration with 2 years' relevant working experience is preferred  
¡ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing  
¡ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese  
¡ Excellent service manner, patient and good communication skills  
¡ Able to handle multi-tasking independently, detail oriented and well organized  
¡ Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and initiative  
¡ Working location: Causeway Bay  
¡ Temporary period: 6 months  
   
   
 Assistant Engineer  Post Date: Mar 25, 2015
   
Responsibilities
¡ To coordinate service team provision to customers in a good quality and timely manner including work scheduling, trouble shooting and ensuring customer satisfaction  
¡ To ensure all works are complying with the Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety Policy and governmental safety standard  
¡ To assist in computer drafting works, site supervision, purchasing activities, documentations as well as testing and commissioning of systems  
¡ To prepare quotation for the repair & replacement works and follow through the work orders  
   
Job Requirements
¡ High Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or other related disciplines  
¡ 1 year related work experience  
¡ Good communication, customer service and interpersonal relationship skills  
¡ Good command of both spoken and written English  
¡ Good in using Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD  
¡ Less experience will be considered as Engineering Assistant  
¡ Fresh graduates without experience are also welcome  
   
   
 Services / Sales Manager  Post Date: Mar 25, 2015
   
Responsibilities
¡ To involve in yearly marketing and business development planning  
¡ To prospect target markets and identify customer needs  
¡ To initiate and establish close relationships and contact with customers  
¡ To collaborate and influence sales teams execution in security system/physical product commercialization
¡ To manage sales budget and objectives  
¡ To liaise with account clients, prepare sales proposals and conduct presentation  
¡ To guide and facilitate the Sales Engineer in preparing major projects design/quotes  
¡ To perform any other duteis that may be assigned from time to time  
   
Job Requirements
¡ Degree holder or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Building Services Engineering  
¡ 8 years of relevant selling and services experience  
¡ Outstanding communication, interpersonal, presentation and relationship skills  
¡ Excellent organizational skills and proven leadership and management skills  
¡ Good English & Mandarin communications and computer competencies
