To prepare various analysis and data reports on timely basis |

To maintain records and populate reports for subcontractors and water treatment vendors work orders |

¡ |
To prepare cost assist in providing daily administrative supports |

¡ |
To assist on booking and modification of work orders |
|
¡ |
To follow up outstanding issues with customer checklist and assist on AR records updated |
|
¡ |
To assist in providing daily administrative supports |

To perform ad- hoc duties as required |

Job
Requirements |

Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration with 2 years' relevant working experience is preferred |
|
¡ |
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing |
|
¡ |
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese |
|
¡ |
Excellent service manner, patient and good communication skills |
|
¡ |
Able to handle multi-tasking independently, detail oriented and well organized |
|
¡ |
Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and initiative |

To coordinate service team provision to customers in a good quality and timely manner including work scheduling, trouble shooting and ensuring customer satisfaction |

To ensure all works are complying with the Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety Policy and governmental safety standard |

To assist in computer drafting works, site supervision, purchasing activities, documentations as well as testing and commissioning of systems |

Requirements |

High Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or other related disciplines |

1 year related work experience |

Good communication, customer service and interpersonal relationship skills |

Good command of both spoken and written English |

Good in using Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD |

¡ |
Less experience will be considered as Engineering Assistant |
